The Tea Room is open to clubs and events for venue bookings.  

We are in the process of adjusting our catering services, at this time we can only accept catering requests at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the requested date 

Step1: Decide on a date/time for your event

The Tea Room is available for event space bookings any weeknight after 7:30 pm, and weekends from 9 am - 8 pm 

Step 2: Decide if you'd like catering

Check out our menu for catering options! Please note that we offer catering services for locations other than our space but do NOT offer delivery to the event. If requesting catering for an event not in our space, your options will be limited

Step 3: Email tearoom.environment@engsoc.queensu.ca with the date/time of your event, the expected number of participants, and space rental/catering requests.

We will get back to you with pricing and availability within a few days

Please note we have a $50/hour space rental fee

Step 4: Enjoy your event!
